The People

MSP Well is run by industry veterans from across Canada and the United States. Our executive team and advisory board consists of MSP / MSSP, Distribution, Vendors and It focused Media organizations. In short, people in the trenches next to you experiencing your real world.

Executive Team

MSP Well was co-founded by James Mignacca and Joe Ussia.  They are the legal executives for the Ontario, Canada based Not-For-Profit legal entity.  They form the legal board that runs the organization.

MSP Well is also lucky to have Christine Ululati, Rob Rae and Larry Meador serve as Executive Advisors.  The Executive Advisors will have specific roles to help with operational functions for MSP Well. Together, the Executive Advisor team and the Executive Team will make decisions that collectively impact the MSP Well mission.

The executive team will also leverage an Advisory Board that will serve to support MSP Well’s mission, and contribute to outreach, be brand ambassadors, and help secure the growth of MSP Well to have the greatest impact on mental health and wellness for the IT Channel.
